Most of the argument regarding "Mika has no footsies," I find completely absurd. Laura a bit less considering she's not nearly as much of a monster. Factoring in that V-trigger escapes for a lot of the cast can be grabbed out of and the matches can be ruinous. Footsies? Why bother, one solid poke and a grab later you're in a blender with no idea whether luck will be on your side. Mika and to a lesser extent Laura break the game in a big way. The "Git gud scrub," statements are probably from a slew of idiots who couldn't eloquently explain their way out of an interrogation from a very livid sausage. This goes out of the window when a single hit, leading into of all things a command grab land you in hell. A strong footsie game and learning the match ups and player mentality. A game that emphasises crush counters to open up combos. I feel almost 99% confident that R.Mika is incredibly over powered considering the style of game Street Fighter V is. What I wonder is how specific we can get when suggesting that something is broken. Usually it's a mixed bag of stupid when it comes to claims of op. In most cases I reserve judgement until I've picked up the character and after having done so and felt disgusted I wanted to get some feedback.
